Summary:
|
Chabot-Las Positas Community College District would like to contract with Mt. Diablo Adult Education, as lead adult education agency, to provide assessments and test proctoring for job seekers at three Contra Costa County One-Stop Career Centers. Mt. Diablo Adult Education would function as the lead agency for the purposes of this contract and would, in turn, enter into Memorandums of Understanding with Pittsburg Adult Education and West Contra Costa Adult Education for assessment services at One Stop Career Centers in their communities. Attached is the contract as proposed by the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District and MOUs as proposed by Mt. Diablo Adult Education.

Fiscal Impact

Mt. Diablo Adult Education would be compensated by Chabot-LasPositas Community College District $159,250 as a total cost of outlined services. Mt. Diablo Adult Education would in turn reimburse Pittsburg Adult Education and West Contra Costa Adult Education a maximum of $45,000 each, based on delivery of services.
