Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Project Inspector are required to oversee, inspect and to verify construction of Athletic Facility Improvements at Clayton Valley Charter High School are conducted in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
Staff requested proposals from three qualified DSA inspection services and is recommending that a contract be awarded to MWC & Associates for a ‘not to exceed' fee of $16,000.00 for the provision of said services.
If approved by Board action, Project Inspector still requires approval/authorization by DSA.
