Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #26-11 be expelled from all schools and programs of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 26-11 may apply for readmission after January 27, 2012. It is also required that Student #26-11 participate in individual counseling to address decision making skills and gang activities, attend District's Teen Anger Management Workshop, show evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions, and achieve minimum of 2.0 GPA prior to reapplication.
