Summary:
|
The District’s consultant prepared and circulated a Draft Initial Study Mitigated Negative Declaration Report (IS/MND) pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq. (CEQA) for the proposed Northgate High School Aquatic Center Project.
An Initial Study/Environmental Checklist was included in the IS/MND. Public comments received during the public review period are addressed in the Responses to Comments document. Together, the Draft IS/MND and the Responses to Comments document comprise the Final IS/MND.
Final IS/MND, located on MDUSD website is incorporated by reference.
