Staff recommends that Student # 49-10 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #49-10 may apply for readmission after January 21, 2011
It is required that Student # 49-10 participate in individual counseling, community service, the COPS Program, the District's Anger Management Workshop, and show evidence of a successful school experience and a "C" average prior to applying for readmission.
