Summary
:
Staff request an increase of $12,000 to Dr. Mary Bacon's contract that complies with the State Performance Plan Technical Assistance(SPP-TA)project coordinated by California Department of Education(CDE. In compliance with the SPP-TA grant, Dr. Bacon assists Mt. Diablo Unified School District in addressing Disproportionality in Special Education and consulting on the Equity and Disproportionality Plan.
Dr. Bacon has two additional contracts that were approved by the Board of Education at the August 20, 2012 meeting.
