Summary:
|
The staff recommends that Student #10-10 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #10-10 may apply for readmission after June 9, 2011.
It is required that Student #10-10 participate in individual counseling to address decision making, community service, the COPS Program for drug offenders, student must earn 50 credits, show evidence of negative drug testing; participate in the District's Drug/Alcohol Workshop and show evidence of a successful school experience prior to applying for readmission.
