Summary: A new Rotary 2-post above ground lift is to replace an existing hazardous lift in the Transportation Shop. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: removal of an existing half wall, removal and replacement of the current lift, purchase a new forklift/scissor lift, reels and piping for installation of new steel brackets to support the hydraulic feed line to lift controls, all electrical and labor involved in installation.

Several proposals were received including an NJPA proposal from Air & Lube Systems Inc. Air & Lube Systems Inc., is the most cost effective quote at $43,302.74 for all equipment and labor.
Funding: Program 5289 - District Equipment
Fiscal Impact $43,302.74
Recommendation: Approve the purchase of a new lift including piping of electrical and hydraulic lines for the Transportation shop.
