On June 3, 2013, the Board of Education awarded Lease Lease-Back Agreements #1648 with Diamond Painting Co. KK. for a Guaranteed Maximum Project Cost of $180,000.00 for 2 Schools - Oak Grove Middle School and Meadow Homes Elementary School. As a result of a need to: 1) Place a primer coat on previously non painted integrated color surfaces on some newer buildings; 2) Painting of previously painted metal fence posts away from buildings; 3) Application of 2 paint colors at Oak Grove F, E wings and Gym; 4) Return of un-used contingency fund, staff is recommending a single, final DEDUCTIVE change order in the amount of ($1,676). This single, final change order constitutes 2.9% contract changes and will result in a final contract value of $178,324.00.
