Summary:
|
AB 670 was signed into law on October 8, 2017. It takes effect on January 1, 2018. This law deletes the provision exempting a person employed in a part-time playground position from the classified service thereby making that person a part of the classified service. This change affects all of our Noon Supervisor positions. Based on AB 670, these employees will be offered classified employment.
