Summary:
|
Lease Leaseback agreement #1593 was called to provide Construction Window Replacement (Library, Wing H & J) at College Park High School. The lease/leaseback agreement was issued to North State Specialty Contracting, Inc. for a Guaranteed Maximum Cost of $347,530.00. North State voluntarily defaulted on the Project, on or about July 22, 2013, and there was a Takeover Agreement between Ohio Casualty Insurance Company and Mt. Diablo Unified School District dated 8/13/13. Ohio Casualty then hired AA Glass Shop Inc., to complete the project. All work has been completed according to the District's Drawings and Specifications.
There was a change order on this project in the amount of ($10,123.00). Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $337,407.00
