Bid No. 1569 was called to provide the Landscape Improvements at Pine Hollow Middle School and Gateway and Clayton Valley High Schools. The lowest responsible, responsive bidder was Blossom Valley Construction, Inc., for the bid award amount of $462,050.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: the removal of existing landscaping, trees, etc., and the installation of irrigation systems and new landscaping, trees, etc. There was a final additive change order on this project in the amount of $17,583.13. Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $479,633.13. Budget for this project: $660,000.00.
