Summary:

Staff recommends that Student # 41-10 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.
It is also required that Student # 41-10 participate in individual counseling, community service, the COPS Program, the District's Anger Management Workshop, provide proof of a negative drug test, and show evidence of a successful school experience prior to applying for readmission.
