Summary:
|
Chabot-Las Positas Community College District would like to contract again with Mt. Diablo Adult Education, as lead adult education agency, to provide assessments and test proctoring for job seekers at three Contra Costa County One-Stop Career Centers and skills training for referred clients. Mt. Diablo Adult Education functions as the lead agency for the purposes of this contract and would, in turn, re-enter into Memorandums of Understanding with Pittsburg Adult Education, West Contra Costa and Liberty Adult Education for services in their communities. Attached is the contract as proposed by the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District and MOUs as proposed by Mt. Diablo Adult Education.

Fiscal Impact

Mt. Diablo Adult Education would be compensated by Chabot-Las Positas Community College District $197,000 as a total cost of outlined services. Mt. Diablo Adult Education would in turn reimburse Pittsburg Adult Education and West Contra Costa Adult Education a maximum of $43,500 each and Liberty Adult Education a maximum of $33,500, based on delivery of services.
