Summary: It has been determined that it is necessary to provide a limited number of DSA-approved interim housing units at Strandwood and Woodside Elementary School sites to support educational programs during demolition and construction of new facilities. Staff is recommending that lease agreements in the total amount of $88,362.00 be executed with Mobile Modular Management Corporation for the delivery, rental, take-down and removal of these DSA modular classrooms. These agreements will be processed through a valid, existing "piggyback" contract between the Franklin-McKinley School District and McGrath Rent Corporation dba Mobile Modular Management Corporation.
