Summary:
|
On March 27, 2017, the Board approved an Independent Service Agreement in the amount of $44,000 with G. Wayne Oetken & Associates for District projects. Amendment #1 to the agreement extended the term through June 30, 2018.
Staff is seeking approval to increase the dollar amount of the agreement by $16,000 as a result of a change in scope (see Exhibit A), bringing the total not to exceed amount to $60,000.
