Summary: Purchasing worked with Food Services to compile a comprehensive order that includes all items with the exception of the kitchen sink. As a result of this process, staff recommends awarding purchase agreement to East Bay Restaurant Supply, Inc. to provide a comprehensive kitchen service equipment package to re-open Holbrook Elementary School.

Purchasing requested quotations from several vendors and the lowest responsive quote is attached.
