On September 11, 2017, a Memorandum of Understanding between San Diego State University and Mt. Diablo Unified School District was approved by the Board to establish a Tier II Clear Administrative Services Credential Induction Program. San Diego State University has requested some minor revisions to the MOU: define the number of required courses, the responsibilities of the University and District, and inductee responsibilities.
