Summary:

Lease/Leaseback Agreement #1616 was called to provide the Construction of District owned Pre-Checked (PC) Chemistry classrooms at Concord High School and College Park High School.
The L/LB agreement was issued to Taber Construction, Inc., for a Guaranteed Maximum Cost of $3,447,300.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: All labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete the construction and site development required to deliver PC-approved modular "SMART" Chemistry classrooms at Concord High and College Park High School.
There was a change order on this project in the amount of ($100,407.00). Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $3,346,893.00.
