Summary: On March 25, 2013 the Board of Education awarded Lease / Leaseback Agreement #1616 to Taber Construction, Inc. for a Guaranteed Maximum Project Cost of $3,447,300.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete a construction of SMART Chemistry classrooms at Concord(and Nueva Vista) and College Park High Schools.

As a result of unused contract contingency, a single, final deductive change order in the amount of <$100,407.00> is necessary. This single, final change order will result in a final revised contract value of $3,346,893.00 and represents a decrease of 2.91% to original contract value.
