Summary: The District's consultant prepared and circulated a Draft Environmental Impact Report pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq. (CEQA) for the proposed Northgate High School Stadium Lighting Project. Public comments received during the public review period are addressed in the Final Environmental Impact Report. An Initial Study Checklist was included in the Environmental Impact Report and focused on those issues which could involve significant impacts from the project: traffic and circulation, noise, air quality, aesthetics/light and glare.
