Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #01-11 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #01-11 may apply for readmission after January 21, 2011. It is required that Student #01-11 participate in 20 hours of individual counseling to address decision making, 30 hours of community service, the COPS Program, the District's Anger Management Workshop, and show evidence of a successful school experience with 95% attendance and a "C" average with no suspendable behavior infractions prior to applying for readmission.
