Summary: Northgate High School is requesting approval of independent services contracts for The Event Group, an event planning organization, for their Junior Prom and Senior Ball.

The Junior Prom will be held on March 26, 2011. The cost for this event will be $36,000.

The Senior Ball will be held on May 7, 2011. The cost for this event will be $46,000.
