Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 06-11 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 06-11 may apply for readmission after June 17, 2011. It is also required that Student # 06-11 participate in 30 hours of counseling with a licensed therapist to address individual decision making skills and gang association, COPS program for Gangs, MDUSD Anger Management Workshop, 30 hours of Community Service, provide evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions to include earning 45 credits. Parents to participate in the Parent Project.
