Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 19-11 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 19-11 may apply for readmission after January 21, 2012. It is required that Student #19-11 participate in 20 hours of individual counseling to address decision making skills and anger, 30 hours community service, COPS for Aggressive Offenders, show evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions, achieve minimum of 2.0 GPA, and earn 45 credits prior to reapplication.
