Summary: AA Medtrans provides transportation services for students participating in programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, Contra Costa County, State and Non-Public Schools, to/from Home and School Sites for the 2013-2014 school year.

The original service contract was in the amount of $24,000.00. A change order for $550.00 was added on 9/18/13, bringing the current contract to $24,550.00. Additional funds are requested to continue to provide services through the end of November 2013, at which time a Request for Proposals (RFP#1662) will be completed and a new contract will be issued.

The increase amount requested is $35,000.00, bringing the contract to a total of $59,550.00 and is included in the 2013-2014 budget. No additional funds are requested at this time.
