Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 04-11 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 04-11 may apply for readmission after June 17, 2011. It is also required that Student # 04-11 participate in individual counseling to address Drugs, Anxiety and Decision Making Skills, Community Service, COPS for Drugs and Aggression, MDUSD Drug Workshop, drug testing, Parent Project (parent to work with Spanish speaking CWA), assessment to be completed and show evidence of a successful school experience with 95% attendance, "C" average in ALL classes and earn 50 credits prior to applying for readmission
