Summary: On June 4, 2012 the Board of Education awarded Bid # 1612 to DecoTech Systems, Inc. for $156,000.00 for the provision of electrical and HVAC upgrades to the main and intermediate distribution frames at Clayton Valley, College Park, Concord, Mt. Diablo and Ygnacio Valley High Schools, Diablo View, Foothill and Riverview Middle Schools and Loma Vista Adult Center. As a result of a need for post-commencement changes to the original design, a single, final additive change order in the amount of $9,036.00 is necessary. This final change order will result in final, revised contract value of $165,036.00.
