Summary:
|
SB70 has extended the llimited flexibility provided under SBX3 4 for the fiscal years through 2014-15 to allow school districts to utilize funding received from the state budget act for "Tier 3 categorical programs for any education purpose. As a condition of receipt of the funding, a public hearing on utilization of the flexibility is required annually concurrent with the adoption of the budget.
