Summary:
|
Non Public Agencies (NPA) are used by Special Education and Section 504 in the provision of specialized health care services. Services include diabetic monitoring, cathetherizations, and other medically prescribed procedures. NPAs assist the District in assuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The attached NPA contract provides the costs required for the 2013-2014 school year. In an attempt to reduce costs, we are currently advertising nursing positions with the goal of hiring district staff.
