Summary:

Staff recommends that Student #24-11 be expelled from all schools and programs of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #24-11 may apply for readmission after January 21, 2012. It is also required that Student #24-11 participate in 20 hours of counseling to address individual decision making skills and anger, attend COPS - Aggressive Offender Class, 30 hours of community service, attend MDUSD's Teen Anger Management Workshop, show evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions, and achieve 2.0 GPA, prior to readmission.
