Summary: The District entered into a Real Property Lease Agreement with Contra Costa County for the purpose of conducting mental health services and with Walnut Acres Day Care Center, Inc. for the purpose of a child care center. These two agreements terminate on June 30, 2013.

The term of these two (2) Real Property Land Lease renewals will be July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, with an automatic renewal each year for five additional years. Current certificates of insurance are on file in the Office of General Counsel.
Funding: N/A
Fiscal Impact None. The annual "rent" remains at $1.00 in addition to monthly utility charges.
Recommendation: Approve Real Property Lease Agreement renewals with Contra Costa County and Walnut Acres Day Care Center, Inc. for continued placement of their relocatable buildings at Mt. Diablo High School and Walnut Acres Elementary School for a period of one (1) year with automatic renewals each year for five (5) additional years.
