Staff request authorization to submit the Region 4 After School Programs Mini-grant to Alameda County Office of Education to document College and Career Readiness Activities at Mt. Diablo and Ygnacio Valley High School CARES After School Programs. The programs will plan and conduct a digital media project highlighting the development of students’ college readiness and workplace and career readiness skills through participation in the after school program projects. If awarded, the grant will provide $5,000 to implement the after school activities for one year.
