Summary:
|
Non Public Agencies are used by Special Education and Section 504 in the provision of specialized health care services. Services include diabetic monitoring, catheterizations, and other medically prescribed procedures. NPA's assist the District in assuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and and regulations. The attached NPA contract provides the costs required at this time for the 2009-2010 school year. After a review of services and requirements the contract is being brought forward for approval. Prior approval of positions within the district will considerably reduce the amount spent on contracted services.
