Summary:
|
The 2014-2015 proposed budget includes earlier actions taken by the Board of Education for 2014-2015; the Governor's May Revise; and costs associated with moving from one year to the next, such as moving employees' salaries through the salary schedule and changes in employee benefit rates. The Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) is 0.85%.
A Notice of Public Hearing appeared in the Bay Area News Group publications on Saturday, June 7, 2014, notifying the public of the hearing on June 18, 2014, and that copies of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District proposed budget for the Fiscal Year 2014-15 will be available for public inspection on June 16, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., at the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, 1936 Carlotta Drive, Concord.
