Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 07-11 be expelled from all schools and programs in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 07-11 may apply for readmission after June 17, 2011. It also requires that Student # 07-11 participate in individual counseling, community service, the COPS Program, the MDUSD Sat. Workshop for Anger, have a successful school experience and maintain a "C" average in all classes along with 95% attendance including good conduct with no infractions prior to applying for readmission. Parents are to participate in the Parent Project.
