Summary: Daly Physical Therapy Services has been a Non-Public Agency (NPA) provider of Physical Therapy services to the MDUSD for the previous two years. The Registered Physical Therapist provides direct treatment, consultation, and evaluations to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEP).

Students are served under the terms and conditions of a Master Contract/Individual Service Agreement which was approved by the Board on May 11, 2010.
Funding: General Purpose/Special Education. Budget Code #1662
Fiscal Impact The contract amount for the 2010-2011 school year is $112,640.
