Summary:

Staff recommends that Student # 08-12 be expelled from all schools and programs of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 08-12 may apply for readmission after June 14, 2012. It is requried that Student # 08-12 participates in 20 hours of counseling to address Anger/Impulsive Control, Respect and Decision Making Skills, 30 hours of community service, completion of California Offender Program Servies (COPS) Aggression Offender Class, show evidence of a successful school experience with 2.0 GPA prior to applying for readmission.
