Summary:

Proposition 4 of 1979 request the Board to annually approve a resolution adopting the District's revised appropriations limit for the preceding year and the projected limit for the new fiscal year based on the adopted budget. The calculations are now part of the Unaudited Actuals report on form GANN, however the resolution must be taken as a separate action item.
