Summary
:
Lease Leaseback #1648 was called to provide Exterior Painting Improvements at Oak Grove Middle School and Meadow Homes Elementary School. The lowest responsible qualified firm was Diamond Painting Co., KK for a guaranteed maximum amount of $180,000.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: all specified exterior painting improvements per approved plans and specifications. Provide all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the full exterior painting of two (2) sites as it relates to the Drawings and Specifications.
There was a change order on this project in the amount of ($1,676.00). Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $178,324.00.
