Summary: On September 14, 2010 the Board of Education approved the creation of a resident program management team for the delivery and oversight of the 2010 Measure C Facilities Improvement Program. As the District now begins the initial programming and design phase for the scheduled Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning improvements as well as the more detailed coordination of the approved Solar program, staff is requesting creation of a Construction Manager II position to provide management and support related to both of these program elements. Staff is requesting creation of this 1.0 FTE position effective April 1, 2011.
