Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #14-13 be expelled from all schools of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 14-13 may apply for readmission after March 25, 2014. It is required that Student # 14-13 participates in 20 hours of counseling to address inappropriate sexual behavior; complete 30 hours of community service; write letters of apology to the victims and show evidence of a successful school experience and earn 50 credits, prior to readmission.
