Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 05-11 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 05-11 may apply for readmission after June 17, 2011. It is also required that Student # 05-11 participate in 20 hours of individual/family counseling with a licensed therapist to address individual decision making skills, COPS program for Aggressive Offenders, MDUSD Anger Management Workshop, 30 hours of Community Service, proivde evidence of a successful school experience with no suspendible behavior infractions to include a 2.0 minimum GPA. Parents to participate in the Parent Project.
