Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student # 03-11 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 03-11 may apply for readmission after June 17, 2011. It is also required that Student # 03-11 participate in individual counseling to address "Anger and Gang Activity", 30 hours of Community Service, COPS for Aggression and Gangs, MDUSD Workshop - Anger, Parent Project, show evidence of a successful school experience with 95% attendance, "C" average in ALL classes and earn 50 credits prior to applying for readmission.
