Summary:
|
Staff recommends that Student #06-12 be expelled from all schools and programs of Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #06-12 may apply for readmission after June 14, 2012. It is required that Student #06-12 participates in 20 hours of individual counseling to address substance abuse and decision making skills, complete COPS Alcohol/Drug Offender class, negative drug testing, 30 hours of community service, attend MDUSD's Drug & Alcohol Workshop, and show evidence of a successful school experience with at least 2.0 GPA and earn 45 credits, prior to applying for readmission.
