Summary:
|
On June 3, 2013 the Board of Education awarded Lease/Leaseback Agreement #1641 to Landmark Construction, Inc. for a Guaranteed Maximum Project Cost of $2,175,372.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete modernization of building 100, Science Center, at Ygnacio Valley High School. Work included, but not limited to, demolition of existing walls, flooring, ceiling, utilities, and reuse of some existing casework.
As a result of unused contract contingency, a single, final deductive change order in the amount of ($20,345.64) is necessary. This single, final change order along with a previous administrative change order in the amount of ($500.00) will result in a final revised contract value of $2,154,526.36. Final change order represents a decrease of .96% to original contract value.
