Summary: Assuming the Board of Education affirms and approves the facility enhancement projects, prioritized and submitted by College Park High School, District staff is recommending that a professional services contract for engineering and design services necessary for the replacement of the windows in the Library, 'J' and 'H' buildings be approved as soon as possible. Staff has negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $16,000.00 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration servives necessary for the approval and satisfactory completion of the proposed project.

The budget for this particular project is $227,406.00
