Summary
:
The attached MOU was Board approved on January 12, 2010. The MOU between the Contra Costa Special Education Local Plan Area and Mt. Diablo Unified School District to calculate the actual exchange of revenue for placements. The MOU includes payment for additional assistants when required by the IEP. Attached are two agreements for One to One Assistants for the 2011-2012 school year.
