Summary:

Staff recommends that Student # 23-10 be expelled from all schools and programs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 23-10 be placed at Diablo Day Community School.
It is required that Student # 23-10 participates in individual cunseling, community service, the COPS Program, the MDUSD Teen Anger Management Workshop, and shows evidence of a successful school experience, prior to applying for admission after June 14, 2010.
