Summary: The Board of Education approved the award of Bid #1611 to Conti Corporation at its June 4, 2012 meeting. Conti Corporation has failed to provide all necessary project documentation as required by the District's Notice of Award, and to date no work has been performed on the Project. District staff is recommending that the contract with Conti Corporation be terminated for convenience as authorized under the Article 24.2 of the General Conditions of the contract.
